Special Notes for MOPAR Owners:

Information that is REQUIRED to complete your order is the following: Dealer Name/Address/City/State, Vehicle Identification Number, Build Date of Vehicle, Order Number of vehicle, Options on vehicle. If any of this is left off of the order, your order can not be completed. If you do not know the Dealer information but know the dealer came from a certain City/State, please let us know that and we can choose a dealer that was open in the particular year from our data base. We will try to get as close to that city as possible from our data base of over 6500+ dealers. If you have questions, please E-mail us before submitting an order. (tripleaenterpris@aol.com)

Blank Order Forms. In many cases, we can provide you with an order blank for your specific make and model year. The order blank will show you most of the options that were available. Use our Online Order Form to place an order for your specific make and model year. At this time we have to limit this request to one only. These order blanks are not available for all years and models.

If you have the Broadcast Sheet or the Dealer Invoice for your car, send us a photocopy along with the VIN# and the dealer information. If you are sending copy of Fender Tag, include list of any other options that are not shown on fender tag. For accurate reproduction, we need a minimum of a copy of the fender tag for correct info that goes on the window sticker.

We have extensive information on most Plymouth models. We are limited on some of our Dodge information, especially 1964 through 1966. Chrysler (as in Chrysler Newport) is even more limited. Please e-mail us to check on availability of your year and model before ordering.
